Among them, PVC water supply pipe production line will be exhibited dynamically during the exhibition.It is equipped with high-efficiency and high-output parallel twin extruder, PVC blending automatic feeding, pipe surface 360°defect detection alarm system and automatic pipe packing machine.The main highlights are as follows:

◆ parallel twin extruder adopts L/D ratio,61 center distance,and uses extruder dedicated  permanent magnet servo super high efficiency synchronous motor,and compared with the same grade 80 conical twin extruder, the energy consumption of extrusion is reduced by more than 20%.

◆ The mini version of PVC powder automatic feeding ensures continuous extrusion production on site, PVC mixture feeding and conveying without dust pollution.

◆ PVC swarfless and dustless cutter,high-speed cutting and super low noise,it can ensure the notch leveling even pipe with high calcium content.

◆ Full-automatic packing&bagging machine,upstream working position is equipped with appearance defect detection system which can identify the appearance quality of pipes and ensure the quality of packaged pipes online.

◆ On-the-spot demonstration (off-line) shutter type planetary cutter,adopts multi-point clamping,two-level dust collection.The cutting chamfer of different specification of PVC pipe does not need to change the clamping block,and it can ensure the even chamfer.

◆ The single machine data collection system is specially designed for the production and development of the extrusion. It can collect the data of machines on exhibition site in real time, and set up the operating platform, the audience can experience the data information of all parts of the extrusion processing production.
